Screen Recording 2k - no difference from 1920 - blurry

Hello

I feel like i have exhausted myself. I am turning here for help. every youtube video, forum search does nothing. All i am trying to do is record my screen. not gaming etc. I have a decent GPU, its a RTX 2060 super NVDIA. its fine for what i do - trading. no gaming.

I am using a 2k Samsung monitor. When i record, i have my resolution output match the resolution {2k} i can record but it always seems a bit blurry or cloudy.... like not crisp. ZOOM records crisper video so i know something not right? I have tried EVERYTHING i can think of...youtube videos, forum searches etc, i need help. I am techy, but i need to know what someone needs from me to help me. I want to thank ANYONE in advance for any help they can give me. i have attached the current log from my session on last screen recording i do not know if that helps? also settings screenshots.

What exactly am I doing wrong. If zoom records crisper, then something I am doing is wrong.

Thank you very much in advance.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS. We recommend disabling it via these instructions. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. Change the refresh rate on your display from 144 Hz to 120 Hz.
3. Run OBS as Admin.
4. Change your output FPS from 60 to 30.

If still having issues, post new log.

Also

There is a blur filter on the "Live" Scene. Make sure that it is disabled until you fix the blur.

The 3800x isn't a single thread powerhouse & it might be hard pressed even @ 120HZ. If it's still blurry, go to 60HZ.
