I can't seem to use any encoders other than x264 or I get this issue and I'm unable to figure out why. My drivers are updated, windows is updated, OBS is updated and ran as administrator, I've restarted my computer and opened and closed obs several times. I have GPU preference for obs set to high performance in settings. I would like to run AMD HW H.265 (HEVC) as my video encoder, I'm not sure why I can't. I'll add the log file, I'm hoping someone can help?
